1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between:
- PBR Consulting Co., Ltd, registered in Thailand under number 0105562006412, with its registered office located at Building Quant (Head Office) Floor 6, Unit number 7, Soi Sukhumvit 25, Sukhumvit Road, Wattana, Bangkok 10110 Thailand.
- And any natural or legal person wishing to use the services offered via the Find Easy platform.
The platform offers matchmaking services, real estate property listings and, where applicable, paid services (training, premium access, bookings, etc.).
2. Acceptance of the terms
Use of the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
The user acknowledges having read and understood the terms prior to any use or payment.
3. Services offered
The platform offers, in particular:
- Browsing real estate listings
- Connecting with agents or owners
- Booking or paying for real estate-related services
- Access to content or training (if applicable)
The company acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee that a real estate transaction will be concluded.
4. Account creation
Access to certain services requires the creation of an account.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of fraud or abuse.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are indicated in [THB / EUR / USD] and may be displayed inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on the services.
Payments are made via secure systems (e.g., bank card, Stripe, Omise, etc.).
The platform does not store banking details.
Any transaction is considered final once payment has been validated.
6. Refund policy
Unless otherwise stated:
- Digital services (training, premium access) are non-refundable after activation
- Bookings may be subject to specific conditions (cancellation, notice period, etc.)
Each service may have its own refund conditions.
7. Liability
The platform acts as an intermediary.
It cannot be held liable for:
- Inaccurate information provided by advertisers
- The outcome of a real estate transaction
- Disputes between users, agents, or owners
The user is responsible for verifying the information before making any decision.
8. User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use the platform lawfully
- Not publish fraudulent or misleading content
- Not bypass the platform’s payment systems
9. Data protection (PDPA – Thailand)
The platform collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
The data collected may include:
- Name, email, phone number
- Browsing information
- Transaction-related data
The user has the right to access, modify, and delete their data.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the platform (texts, images, videos, logo) is protected by intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
11. Suspension / Termination
The platform may suspend or terminate an account in the event of:
- Non-compliance with the GTCS
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
12. Governing law
These GTCS are governed by Thai law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Bangkok.
